Air Trending is a marketing and sales agency specialized in the aviation industry, operated by Sternac LLC. We protect personal data with full transparency, in line with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD. We act as data controller for our own website and marketing, and as data processor when we deliver managed marketing and CRM services on behalf of our clients. We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, with a clear legal basis for every use.
Clear roles
We are the controller for our own website and marketing. When we run campaigns or manage a CRM for you, we act as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement, on your documented instructions.
Your data stays yours
When we manage your accounts, we never sell or share personal data, and we never mix one client's data with another's. We process it only to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Practical security
Encryption in transit, least privilege access, vetted sub-processors, and a documented response process. Access to your accounts is limited to the team members delivering your services, and is logged.
