Liability Limitations

Understand the extent of our liability regarding the services we provide to ensure clarity and transparency.

Air Trending provides services strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in the relevant contract, proposal, order, or written agreement established between the parties. The scope of services is clearly defined in these documents, and Air Trending is under no obligation to perform any tasks, activities, or services outside of this agreed scope. Air Trending reserves the right to decline any requests for services or activities not expressly included in the signed agreement, ensuring alignment with the agreed-upon terms and objectives. Any changes to the scope of services must be mutually agreed upon in writing before implementation.

Air Trending, a brand of Sternac LLC, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Air Trending’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the relevant contract or agreement for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under relevant laws.

Service Termination

Understand the essential steps and conditions for terminating your service agreement with us effectively.

Clients must provide a written notice 90 days prior to termination.

All outstanding invoices must be settled before the termination date.

We will retain your data for 60 days post-termination for your convenience.
